Once your item ships, it takes approximately 10 - 30 days for it to be delivered. We are sorry,
but we are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date and time, or call before your item is
delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they will either leave
the package or leave a note.
Depending upon the size of the item you order, we will use UPS or FED EX.

freight truck. This occurs because of the size or weight of the item. You may be charged a
higher amount depending on the fees charged by the trucking company involved.
